Aaron has spent his careerinside the work.

Head & Heart is led by Aaron Brown-Kert. Over 15+ years, Aaron has worked across commercial roles and People leadership in Canada, Australia and the UK. Over the last decade, his work has focused primarily on People, partnering with organizational leaders to align People initiatives with business objectives.

His experience includes HR Business Partnering with Walmart Canada across a ~$1B retail portfolio, and Levi Strauss & Co., where he led HR for Canada before moving into the Global Talent team. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked in sales and marketing, including roles supporting Samsung Electronics and Bell Mobility.

Aaron also coaches emerging and established leaders from organizations including Cencora, Mastercard, Morgan Stanley and Howard University through his ongoing relationship with The HOW Institute for Society.
